How to report a security incident

To report a security event, please email [email protected].

If you're a Sifflet customer, you can also contact your Customer Success Manager who will route your message to our security team.


Due to the volume of emails received, we can't guarantee that we'll answer to every email.

However, we do perform triage for all events and will get back to you if we need more information, or to acknowledge valid reports.


Sifflet does not currently offer bug bounties.
