Data Sharing
Overview
Sifflet's Data Sharing feature lets you directly integrate a curated subset of your Sifflet instance's data into your own data platform, opening the door to custom analysis, reporting, and leveraging Sifflet to monitor Sifflet data.
Once Data Sharing is enabled, we securely and efficiently replicate relevant data from your Sifflet instance to your preferred cloud data platform, enabling you to:
- Centralize your data: Consolidate your Sifflet observability data alongside other critical datasets within your data warehouse or data lake.
- Fuel custom analytics: Leverage your preferred BI tools to perform in-depth analyses of your Sifflet data, unlocking new insights about your data quality and pipeline health.
- Monitor your Sifflet data: Create Sifflet monitors on top of your Sifflet data to benefit from proactive alerting on critical events within your Sifflet instance. For example, you can create monitors that notify you if a specific data pipeline experiences more than a defined number of failures in a given period, or if data quality metrics deviate from acceptable thresholds. This allows you to leverage the full power of Sifflet's monitoring capabilities on your usage data.
- Maintain Control and Security: Your data remains secure throughout the sharing process, adhering to your chosen platform's security protocols.
