Improvements to failing rows

2 changes have been made to improve the usage of failing rows:
- The columns displayed by default are automatically filtered on the columns used in the monitor itself. For example, for an "Is An Email" monitor, the monitored column will be selected. In case the monitor is incremental, the time window column will also be selected. Note that this is a best effort process and in some cases, it is not possible to filter the columns and all columns might be displayed - as before - in this case.
- The download of failing rows for incremental monitors is now enabled.
