Improved asset editing across Domains and Subdomains

Permissions are now evaluated at the asset level instead of only at the domain level. If you have Editor access to an asset through any domain or subdomain, you can edit that asset wherever it appears.

This means you no longer need to switch between domains to make changes, while still allowing Domains and Subdomains to be used for governance and permission management.
