Table status

You can now see the health status of your tables directly from the Catalog, based on the data quality rules set on it.

Table status

In the Catalog and lineage view, you can now see a color dot next to your table name. It represents the rules' status.
The color code is the following:

  • Grey: This means that the table is not being monitored. It applies to any table with less than 3 running data quality rules.
  • Red: This means that Sifflet detected a critical data quality issue. It applies to any table with 3 or more running rules when the last execution of a critical rule has failed.
  • Orange: This means that Sifflet detected a data quality issue that requires the user's attention. It applied to any table with 3 or more running rules when at least one rule execution has failed in the last 5 weeks (except when it is the last run of a critical rule, in which case the status is red)
  • Green: This means that the user can trust the reliability of this table. It applies to any table with 3 or more rules when all past executions of all rules in the last 5 weeks have succeeded.
